STEP 4:
WE SUPPORT YOU UNTIL SETTLEMENT
Once you have selected your block and chosen your builder, we will organise the contracts to be sent to you.

After you sign your contracts, the formal finance approval and land settlement will proceed so your build can commence. We can connect you with experienced conveyancers to complete the settlement of your purchase.
