ADVERTISING - DOUBLE THE FIRST HOME OWNERS GRANT PROMOTION

This promotion offers an additional $10,000 made up of discounts and or rebates for first home buyers who qualify for the government First Home Buyers Grant of $10,000 towards a newly built property. Complete Home Brokers does not guarantee applicants eligibility or acceptance for the grant. This needs to be assessed through a licensed mortgage broker or lending institution in the finance application process and approved through the Government Application process. This promotion is available on select packages only and to be eligible for the additional $10,000, contracts must be issued and signed by the promotion end date. The promotion end date is midnight December 31st 2024 - AEDST. Complete Home Brokers reserves the right to change the promotion end date at any time.

Photos and artist renders are for illustration purposes only and may not represent exact offering. Forecast title date is based on information available at the date of package creation and we make no guarantee that title registration will occur on the date detailed. Pricing may vary due to actual land availability and at builders discretion. Complete Home Brokers reserves the right to change prices without notice and cannot guarantee availability of advertised packages.
